SHIPMENT OF ‘PRE-ORDER’ ITEMS

Any item(s) on pre-order are clearly marked as ‘pre-order’ and require a 2-4 week processing time prior to dispatch. • If your order contains a mixture of pre-ordered items and ‘ready to ship’ items, then your order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item(s) become available.
• Where you’d like to order a mixture of items that are in-stock and on pre-order & you want the in-stock item(s) to ship immediately, place two separate orders – one for the ‘pre-ordered’ item(s) and another for the ‘ready to ship’ items.

CUSTOMIZED PRE-ORDER

• When placing a customized order, ensure to provide accurate size information and image prototype or reference.

• We will only customize your design according to the size information provided by you 

• You will responsible for any misleading or mistake in measurement information provided by you

• We strive to ensure our designers design according to specific, incase an error occurs that is a fault of ours. We will take responsibility for it.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Once an order is dispatched, full tracking details will be made available to you via email. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your parcel.
• Customers are responsible for any custom charges applicable for shipments into their home country.
• Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under $160 USD. This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies and ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.
